Lake Tahoe Fish Report

Lake Tahoe

The mackinaw action has been very good fishing Dollar and Sugarpine points. Many limits have been caught in the 2 to 6 pound class, with a few in the 3 to 8 pound class. My experience has been, the colder the weather the bigger the fish.  Anglers have been trolling dodgers or blades followed by a live minnow or even a Banjo minnow in 100 to 200 feet of water. Must get your presentation right on the bottom. Top lining has been fair early mornings around the Camp Richardson area  or Cave Rock. Blue Ribbon Charters at 530-544-6552.
