What an incredible May! With the low snowpack??last winter, the run off is looking like it will be of little consequence. The water level??was slightly higher and tea colored last week, but?? has dropped and cleared and the fishing has remained very good overall. The mornings have been starting out with Midge hatches with a few fish rising to the adults. Around 10:00, we have been seeing good Caddis migrations start upstream and the fish going nuts. We have already started to see some PMD's around 10:30or so, as well as a few Yellow Sallies (Little Yellow stones).??We have been having good results on??Stimulators, Parachute Sallies??and PMD's until about 1:00, when, if we get a little cloud cover, the Beatis get going. The rest of the afternoon is all Caddis except for a few Beatis spinners mid afternoon. ??A few Tricos have been spotted as well, so I think that the next weeks should be unbelievable! We still have a few openings in May and June, so get up here and take advantage of the fabulous spring fishing and weather!?Į??We look forward to seeing you here??on the ranch!??
