Bait
Rainbow Point or outside the marina have been the two hot spot on bridgeport. If you want to use bait try Berkley Gulp in Rainbow Candy or Orange Pulp and Night Crawlers has been hooking some nice fish. If you want to toss lures try a CD-5 Rapala in Fire Tiger or Rainbow, 1/4 Oz. Kastmaster in Silver w/ red tape or Gold and 1/4 Daredevle in Red w/ White.
Fly
There have been browns to 25" taken since the opener on Bridgeport. Both pulling streamers and midging are hooking some toads. You want to be fishing from right outside Bridgeport Marina or over by Rainbow Point. The fish are in 10-16 Ft. of water and about 1to 3 Ft. off the bottom. For midging try #12-14Williams Lake Wonder Black or Red, #14 Chironomid Pupa in Black, #12-14 Pheasant Tail Midge Pupa, #12-14 Western Midge in Red or Black or #12-14 Mosquito Larva as your bottom bug and a #10 Mini Leech Black, #14 Hares Ear or #14 Pheasant Tail. If you want pull streamers try #6 Zonker Black,Olive or White with a #12-8 Matuka Brown, #10 Mohair Leech in Maroon or Brown, #8-6 Woolly Bugger Brown or Olive and a #10 Marabou Leech in Brown.
