The flows are at 70 cfs. THe flows are still jumping around 30cfs to 150 cfs for the last month. The holes are limited because of the low flows right now. The fish have been looking up but are getting a lot of pressure over the last few weeks. I would save your gas and head to the Upper O or Lower O.
