The fishing has picked up a little. may be due to the recent fish plant of 1800 pounds last Saturday. I camped with friends last week and we caught some small rainbows using Thomas Bouyant spoons while others used Powerbait. The lake level is way up and the lake is clear. The weeds have started to show up but are at a minimal. The boat ramp is open and last week there were anglers with larger boats trolling the lake. Fly anglers have been using an olive wooly bugger with a copper jon trailer. For more information stop by the Creekside Lodge.
Good luck on your next fishing adventure. If you have a question. a report in our local fishing area or have a photo of your catch, send it to [email protected]. Hope to see you on the waters. Good fishin' and tight lines.
