by Nor Cal Fish Reports

Fly fishing is improving. Browns and rainbows come from Sandy Point in 13 feet of water. Pelican Point also kicks fish out from 18 feet of water. Blood midges or gray emergers get trout. Bait anglers get trout near Alligator Point in 25 feet of water or the deeper water off Sandy Point. Trollers work the middle of the lake 20 feet deep in 30 feet of water with Tasmanian Devils. A 4.9 pound rainbow was caught Tuesday by Carolyn Holland of Cayucos in McGee Bay with a Tasmanian Devil down six colors.  (760) 937-3245 (760) 935-4301
