With 3 months of fishing left, the time to throw in a line is now!

The Ambush at the Lake Derby starts in less than 3 weeks! August 24th to be exact. We had over 100 participants for the Spring derby. Help us beat the record by signing up in the General Store for just $16. Once signed up, catch a fish of at least 14 inches to be entered into a drawing to win great resort prizes.

The action on the lake this week has been steady. There are still plenty of hungry trophy sized trout from the last stocking just waiting to be hooked.

The big ones have been hitting on inflated night crawlers, Garlic Pinched Crawlers, and a variety of lures.  Trolling is once again bringing in the trout in 35 to 40 feet, or 7 to 8 colors on your lead core line.  The Inlet, South Shore, and the Hangman's Tree areas have been super for shore fishing.

Our various sizes of boats are a great way to get out on the water.  Try your luck trolling around the jetty! Book a boat here!
