Marlette has fished very well this season and should continue through the seasons close. Fly Fisherman using large streamers are catching good fish in open water. Shoreline anglers are finding some fish on the surface early in the morning. Midges, mayflies, and damsels are hatching throughout the day. Look for some good brook trout in the shallows prior to their spawn later this fall.
