The river is a low spot now, as of this week it was running at 70 CFS. The CDFW is scheduled to plant the river this week with catchable rainbow trout. Fishing has been fair down in the canyon area for anglers using salmon eggs or drifting Mice Tails.

Woods Lake: The campground is now open
Blue Lake Lower: The road is open to the lower and upper lake
Indian Creek Reservoir: The lake is at caution stage for blue green algae
Highland Lakes: The road is open in about 1.5 miles to Bloomfield campground
Topaz Lake: The fishing has been good for trollers on the west side in 20 to 40 ft of water
West Carson River (CA): The flows are running low at 75 CFS
East Carson River (CA): Flows dropped to 335 CFS as of this week and is clearing up nicely
Carson River: The flows on the river have come down after the rains and were at 353 CFS this week
Bridgeport Reservoir: The Reservoir is still the hotspot lately
