 The water level in Picketts JCT is low and the temps have risen. Best areas have been from Woodfords upstream through the canyon. Alpine County and CDFW have no recent fish plants.

West Carson River (CA): Best areas have been from Woodfords to Sorensons
East Carson River (CA): The flows are back to normal and the water has cleared up
Heenan Lake : Fishing will be open on September 1st
Indian Creek Reservoir: Fishing the lake is not advised due to blue green algae
West Walker River (CA): Anglers have been doing very well in many areas south of the town of Walker
Topaz Lake: Fishing has been fair to slow
