Marlette has been steady this season and should continue to fish well through the close of the season. Trolling large leech patterns behind a sinking line and float tube will catch fish all day at Marlette. During low light periods some good fish have been seen cruising the shoreline actively feeding on midge, mayflies, and damsels. Some good Brook trout should start to show up along the flooded weed beds as we approach fall.
