The lake level is up and the CDFW has planted a lot of catchable brown trout last week. I fished with Tom Blotter last weekend and we caught a few small mac's and lost some bigger ones. Largest in the boat on a Rapala was 24". When we came back to shore, there were an estimated 50 anglers fishing by the boat ramp area. The Silver lake day use is not officially open at this time and the rest rooms are still closed. If you do use the area, please keep it clean.
Good luck on your next fishing adventure. If you have a question. a report in our local fishing area or have a photo of your catch, send it to [email protected]. Hope to see you on the waters. Good fishin' and tight lines.
