It sounds like there’s some fishable water up on Trumbull Lake and it will likely be totally ice free in a few days. They’ve been getting into some fish with spinners like Panther Martins and Vibrax lures as well as powerbait and mini crawlers. Big and Little Virginia still have quite a bit of ice on them but are showing signs of melting near the inlets and outlets. They could be another week or so before they have enough open water to fish.
