The pond is still fishing excellent with some of the anglers that were out there this week reporting 30+ fish days. Most of the fish are in the 12 to 19 inch range with a few of them stretching the tape at 20 to 23 inches. Stripping leeches still seems to be the hot ticket though stillwater nymphing should produce some fish as well. Streamers to try include stillwater nymphs, mayer’s mini leech, twin lakes special, seal bugger, matuka and simi seal leeches.
